Some of the finest moose hunting in the world is found here in the James Bay region through Hudson and James Bay Outfitters. The season opens September 17 and runs through December 15. We cover vast areas of the lowlands and river systems that run into James Bay, and we specialize in fly-in hunts. As opposed to many other outfitters where only one adult tag is offered to each hunting party, we offer an adult tag to every member of the group. A fantastic percentage rate is always achieved.
If you don't want to participate in a fly-in, hunting parties can take the train to William's main camp on the Abitibi River. Additionally, we can cover a lot of area by boat. Bowhunters are always welcome. The great bonus to moosehunting with William is that in the downtime he offers excellent walleye and northern pike fishing, as well as bear, grouse, duck and goose hunting, tags excluded. Autumn 2001 moose hunts are still available!
